Regional Engagement Team
Putting together proposals for an EU-funded project?
Make sure you talk to the North Wales Regional Engagement Team (RET). They can help you fine-tune your project, while making sure the region gets maximum benefit.
The team works on behalf of the North Wales Economic Ambition Board, and aims to help maximise the impact of EU funding across Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey.
In fact, anyone applying for European funding will need to show they've discussed with the team how their project can add value to existing or planned investments in the region, and support some of the big regional priorities shaping our economy.
As well as providing guidance on how your project can fit with regional priorities, the team can help you with other things.
They can put you in touch with people working on other proposals - creating opportunities for co-operation that could add value to your project or prevent duplication.
They can also help you learn from case studies and examples of good practice - and tap into national initiatives that might be able to support you.
The North Wales RET is part-funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds through the Welsh European Funding Office. To find out more about other RETs across Wales, click the button below.
