CYFLE Skills Database

Introducing CYFLE - candidate portal

The CYFLE database is a free, online brokerage service for North Wales that matches up individuals’ skills to employer opportunities.

CYFLE is sponsored and managed by the Regional Skills Partnership of the North Wales Economic Ambition Board (NWEAB).

Bespoke to North Wales, it is an online tool which students about to enter the labour market, as well as those currently within the labour market looking for new opportunities, can all register their details to help employers match up potential candidates for their positions.

Employers can search by sector, qualification, location, age, aspirations, language, and many other factors, but individuals will have to approve via email, if their matching details are then shared with an employer looking to recruit.

If you’re interested in changing career, trying a new sector, or want employers to know you’re currently studying for new qualifications and experiences, then CYFLE can capture this and let them know.

The North Wales Regional Skills & Employment Plan has identified opportunities for up to 40,000 new jobs across the region over the next 10 years.  Employers will use CYFLE to source appropriately skilled and qualified individuals in a variety of key and growth sectors.  Candidates registered on CYFLE will receive information on future job opportunities that are aligned to their personal skills and qualifications, as per the information held on the CYFLE database.

Registration is free, and the only cost to individuals is the time taken to complete your details – invest the time in future opportunities for you across North Wales by completing your online profile today!
