Wrexham Industrial Estates’ largest presence is looking to expand and create numerous opportunities for businesses big and small.
FI Real Estate Management are the area’s biggest landlord holding 500,000 sq ft of land of the eight million available, and are looking at expanding by another 50% or so.
FI currently let to 62 different companies on the estate and by growing further are looking to expand and make more space available in order to draw more business from North Wales and further afield, with 32 acres of development land.
With constant increasing demand, they are now looking at a number of key developments to further enhance the area and bring in business of all shapes and sizes. FI have pencilled plans for three new industrial sites with a total of 126.772 sq ft whilst they are also proposing a 150,000 sq ft mixed use development, which could cater to the likes of a hotel, pub, leisure or retail facility.
Whilst there are also plans for a 1,000 to 6,000 sq ft mixed use scheme to accommodate multiple bespoke designs for start-up businesses that are looking to expand.
Planning applications will be handed to Wrexham County Borough Council in early 2019 with consultation to take place throughout the year.
