Looking for the ideal location to expand and grow your business? Want to find a prime, busy town-centre location with large footfall and endless potential?
We might have the place for you.
In 2015, plans were drawn up for a multi-million pound arts, community and markets hub in the heart of Wrexham – one of the biggest towns in North East Wales.
The project - which will showcase local art, as well as staging events and classes - is set to open in April 2018, and has a limited number of pre-built retail stalls still available for traders.
Tŷ Pawb is eagerly anticipated in the region, with its first exhibition ‘Is This Planet Earth?’ set bring in people from across North Wales and beyond - boosting the local economy in Wrexham.
This is a unique chance for a new or expanding business to be part of a busy and exciting project, with the potential to build a customer-base of both local people and visitors.
Cllr Hugh Jones, Wrexham Council’s Lead Member for Communities, Partnerships and Public Protection, said “Tŷ Pawb presents an excellent opportunity for a small business – it will form a strong part of the town centre environment, and an impressive, modern markets space.”
